 About Me

I began my private practice in 2010, serving individuals in the greater Los Angeles area who are navigating life’s challenges, transitions, and emotional pain. Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, and the deeper patterns that can feel difficult to shift on one’s own.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #48612) with over 16 years of clinical experience. I received my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and my bachelor’s degree from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, CA. My clinical training includes a two-year internship at Southern California Counseling Center and Didi Hirsch Excelsior House Crisis Residential, as well as specialized training in EMDR through EMDRIA. I have also completed Post Induction Therapy (PIT) training with Pia Mellody.

I currently maintain a private practice in Los Angeles and provide clinical supervision to interns.

 My Approach

My work is rooted in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment. I specialize in trauma and use EMDR therapy to help the nervous system process and integrate difficult or overwhelming experiences.

I work with adults, couples, and families, and support a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, addiction, codependency, and relationship dynamics.

 Expanding the Work

In addition to my clinical practice, I offer sessions that explore the subconscious mind through guided regression experiences, including Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) and Past Life Regression.

While these services are separate from psychotherapy, they can offer a different pathway into insight, clarity, and personal understanding for those who feel drawn to explore their inner world more deeply.
