Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

Developed by psychologist Marsha Linehan, DBT is a highly effective, skills-based therapy that helps people manage overwhelming emotions, improve relationships, and build healthier coping strategies. It combines mindfulness with practical tools for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and effective communication. DBT is especially supportive for those who struggle with intense feelings, impulsive behaviors, or patterns of conflict, offering a structured path toward balance, stability, and self-acceptance.

I am trained in Foundational DBT through         Marsha M. Linehan, Behavioral Tech
